A different app for every part of you
Goals in a notes app, money in a spreadsheet, work in a WhatsApp thread, habits in your head. Nothing puts them together and shows you the whole picture.
Your goals, habits, day, money and work in one place. Every morning LifeWheel tells you what deserves your focus today — and at the end of the week it shows you exactly where you moved, measured from your own work rather than from how you feel.
It is that your life is scattered across tools that never talk to each other.
Goals in a notes app, money in a spreadsheet, work in a WhatsApp thread, habits in your head. Nothing puts them together and shows you the whole picture.
You finish plenty of tasks, and at the end of the month the question "what did I actually move forward?" has no answer — because nothing was measuring.
Health, relationships or money can drift for months without you noticing, until it is a real problem. Nothing warned you while it was still small.
These are real screens from the product, not illustrations.
Score every side of your life out of ten and see the balance in a single shape. The side that is slipping shows up before it takes you down with it.
Today's focus, tasks and habits on one screen — and whatever you did not finish carries itself to tomorrow instead of disappearing.
Income, expenses and what you are still owed, in Egyptian pounds, linked to your work and invoices so nothing is entered twice.
Project tasks, client details and invoices — with a public invoice link you can send on WhatsApp that opens straight away.
Six areas that work together, not six tools sitting next to each other.
A recurring score for every side of your life, tracked across months, so you can see where you are heading and not only where you are.
Goals with a real measure — a number, a percentage or tasks — where progress is computed from your work rather than from how you feel.
Habits with schedules and repetitions, a streak that pushes you to keep going, and a record of how consistent you really were.
One screen for today: your focus, your tasks, your habits. Anything left behind is carried forward instead of forgotten.
Income, expenses and outstanding amounts in one place, in Egyptian pounds, synced with your invoices automatically.
Projects and their tasks, client records, and invoices with a public link you can send on WhatsApp without the client signing up.
There is no card gateway. You transfer the way you already do every day and upload the receipt, and we review it and activate your subscription by hand. Slower than a card — and it means your card details are never with us at all.
Monthly or yearly, from the subscription page inside your account.
To InstaPay through a direct link, or to a Vodafone Cash number. The exact amount is shown before you transfer.
A screenshot from your own app. We activate the subscription after review, and you get a notification the moment it is live.
No cut-down tier, no locked features. The only difference between the plans is how long they last.

year
Both plans include every feature in the app, without exception. 7 days to try it before you pay anything.
No. LifeWheel opens in your browser, and you can add it to your phone's home screen from the browser menu — it then behaves like any app, with an icon and notifications and no address bar.
The trial is 7 days with no payment, and everything in the app is open. No feature is reserved for "the paid version" — the paid version is the same version.
The account locks and you cannot get in until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted — it comes back exactly as you left it the moment the subscription is active.
Because that means a payment gateway taking a cut and asking for your card details. InstaPay and Vodafone Cash are what Egyptians actually use every day, and the transfer arrives without us ever seeing your banking details.
We review the transfer receipt by hand and activate as soon as we can, and you get a notification the moment it is live. If it takes too long, message us on WhatsApp.
There is no auto-renewal to cancel — the subscription simply ends on its date. If you do not pay again, it stops. That is all.
The connection is encrypted and your password is stored hashed, not as text. You can ask for your account and everything in it to be deleted at any time, from your account page or by messaging us, and it is carried out. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes. The work and clients section is optional and you can leave it empty. Everything else — goals, habits, your day, money and the life wheel — works for anyone trying to get a grip on their life.
Use the whole app, every feature, and see for yourself. If your day feels clearer and you know where you stand, subscribe. If not, do not pay — your data stays exactly where you left it.
