Who we are
LifeWheel is an online service operated from Egypt at lifewheelos.com. The data controller is the operator of the service, reachable on the support WhatsApp number at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
We collect (1) account data: your name, email and hashed password, plus your Google ID, name and picture if you sign in with Google. (2) What you write in the app: goals, habits, tasks, journal entries, life wheel scores, financial transactions, clients and invoices. (3) Payment data: the transfer receipt image, the amount and the date. (4) Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, used for security and to block break-in attempts. (5) If you enable notifications: your browser's push subscription.
Why we collect it
Account data so you can sign in. What you write, because that is the product itself. Payment data so we can confirm the transfer arrived and activate your subscription. Technical data so we can protect accounts from repeated sign-in attempts. We do not sell any data to anyone, and we do not use what you write for advertising.
Where it is stored
On the service's own server, in a database that is not reachable from outside. The connection between you and the site is fully encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored with one-way hashing — meaning we cannot read them either.
Cookies and tracking
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a "remember me" cookie if you choose it, and a cookie that stores your language and time zone. These are essential and are cleared when you sign out or clear your browser data. If we enable analytics to measure visits to the public pages, it will be limited to aggregate browsing statistics and will not be linked to the contents of your account.
Who can see your data
You. The operating team can access account and payment data for support and to review transfers only. If you use the in-app community, what you post there is visible to community members — that is the only shared part; everything else is private to you.
External services
If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name, email and picture only. Notifications are delivered through your browser's push service (Google, Mozilla or Apple, depending on your browser). Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not send any content from your account to any third party.
Retention and the right to deletion
Your data stays as long as your account exists — even if the subscription has stopped — so that it is there when you come back. You can ask for your account and all its contents to be deleted at any time; it is carried out, and no recoverable copy remains after a short period of routine backup rotation. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, request a copy of it, request its deletion, and withdraw your consent to notifications. Send the request on the support WhatsApp number or from the support page inside the app.
Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone in that age group.
Changes to this policy
If we change something material here, we update the "last updated" date above and notify subscribers inside the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
