The service
LifeWheel is an online application for organising and tracking the parts of your life: goals, habits, your day, money, work and clients. It runs in the browser and installs on a phone as a web app.
Your account
The account is personal, and you are responsible for your password and for any activity from your account. Sharing, selling or creating fake accounts is not allowed. The details you register with must be accurate.
The trial
Every new account gets a fully open trial of 7 days, with no payment and no card. The trial ends by itself and the account locks until you subscribe. One trial per person.
Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are paid in advance for a fixed period (a month or a year). Payment is by transfer through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, and you upload the receipt image. The subscription is activated after we review the transfer manually. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Renewal
There is no auto-renewal and no charge to any card — because no card is stored with us in the first place. When the period ends, the account stops until you choose to pay again.
Refunds
Because there is a full trial before any payment, a paid subscription is non-refundable as a rule. The exceptions: a duplicate transfer made by mistake, or a long outage on our side — in which case we refund the amount or extend the period. Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of the transfer.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, attempt to break into it, put it under load, scrape data from it automatically, or upload content that is abusive or infringes anyone's rights. In the in-app community, you are responsible for what you post.
Your content
Everything you write in the app is yours. We store and process it solely to make the service work, claim no ownership over it, and use it for nothing else.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and if we do we will tell you why. You may leave the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
We do our part to keep the service running and your data intact, but the service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Our liability in any case does not exceed what you paid in the last 12 months. LifeWheel is an organising tool and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms and will update the "last updated" date above. Material changes are announced to subscribers inside the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and any dispute is settled before the competent Egyptian courts.
